Combine the water and eggs in a bowl, then gently incorporate the sifted flour and salt. Blend the ingredients together until they create a unified and well-integrated dough. Manipulate the dough manually until it reaches a smooth consistency and ceases to adhere to your hands or the bowl.
Partition the dough into two identical halves and flatten each one into thin crusts. Evenly distribute softened butter or margarine over the surface, then fold the dough in the shape of an envelope.
